Senior/Lead Qt/QML Engineer with AI Productivity Focus

Hi! We are a Spyrosoft Synergy team specializing in HMI development. We are looking for Qt/QML developers with AI Productivity Focus to work on designing and developing cutting-edge human-machine interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment systems, industry 4.0 solutions, and more.

🦾 Your Role & AI Focus

• HMI Leadership: Designing and developing high-performance UIs using Qt/QML and C++.

• AI-Driven Workflow: Using AI agents and tools to conduct rapid technical research, automate repetitive coding tasks, and optimize the development lifecycle.

• Smart Design: Leveraging AI to assist in UI/UX prototyping and "AI-first" problem-solving.

• Mentorship: Guiding the team on how to effectively (and safely) integrate AI tools into their daily work.

• Client Collaboration: Gathering requirements and translating them into modern, scalable architectures.

👷‍♂️ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong C++ skills (including modern standards).

• Commercial experience in QML cross-platform development (min. 1 year).

• Proven track record in developing Qt-based GUI applications.

• AI Tooling Fluency: Practical experience in using AI agents, LLMs, and prompting for research, code generation, and debugging.

• Architectural Mindset: Deep understanding of design patterns and clean code.

• English C1: High proficiency in written and spoken English for seamless client communication.

🦾 AI Tooling Fluency & Augmented Engineering

We are looking for an engineer who treats AI as a strategic partner in the software development process. Your expertise should include:

• Agentic Workflows & Tool Chaining: Ability to design and build custom AI agent chains to automate complex engineering workflows, from multi-step technical research to generating validated architectural blueprints.

• Advanced Research & Technical Analysis: Proficiency in using LLMs for rapid analysis of complex Qt/C++ documentation and technical specifications.

• AI-Driven Code Generation: Hands-on experience in generating QML boilerplate, complex UI components, and C++ business logic using modern AI assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

• Intelligent Debugging & Refactoring: Leveraging AI to analyze logs, detect memory leaks, and suggest performance optimizations for high-stakes HMI interfaces.

• Strategic Prompt Engineering: Mastery of high-context prompting to elicit secure, production-ready code that aligns with established architectural patterns.
