Senior Java+GO Software Engineer

Project description:

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong proficiency in Go and Java to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wallet-type product built in Go, while also playing a key role in migrating several services from Go to Java.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services in Go and Java
• Lead migration efforts from Go to Java within the same product ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with other development and operations teams across the organization
• Support system evolution by upgrading Spring Framework to version 3.4, including refactoring and adapting to new standards
• Integrate Keycloak as the central identity and access management solution
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Grafana
• Ensure high system availability and reliability in a production GCP environment

• Languages & Frameworks: Go, Java (11–17), Spring 5, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive
• Infrastructure & Tools: Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Grafana
• Databases: MongoDB
• Auth/Access Management: Keycloak
• Architecture: Microservices

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with both Go and Java
• Solid knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Reactive)
• Experience working with microservices and cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
• Bonus: Experience with Keycloak integration
