Regular .NET Developer

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional backend development experience with .NET / C#.

• Technical Depth: Strong proficiency in modern .NET (6/7/8), ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API design.

• Clean Code: Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and common design patterns.

• Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (building images, registry management, and basic troubleshooting).

• Databases: Proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning.

• Workflow: Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and asynchronous processing patterns.

• Communication: English at a B2+ level (written and spoken)

  
  

Project description:

We are building the next-generation version of our core data synchronization system. This platform is responsible for the seamless exchange of delivery and return data between global suppliers and retail stores. You will be joining a product-focused team to develop high-performance backend components, APIs, and integration pipelines that ensure our logistics data remains accurate, scalable, and reliable.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and architectural components using modern .NET.

• Build and evolve APIs and integration endpoints to handle complex data mapping and transformation for deliveries and returns.

• Develop background workers, message queues, and scheduled jobs for data reconciliation.

• Own database design, schema evolution, indexing, and query optimization to ensure high performance.

• Write clean, testable code; implement robust logging, metrics, and tracing to ensure system observability.

• Independently manage the full development lifecycle - from initial implementation and code review to CI/CD and production release.

• Work actively within an Agile/Scrum team, refining requirements alongside Product Owners and Architects.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Distributed Systems and heavy integration flows (EDI, partner APIs).

• Knowledge of Messaging Platforms (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Familiarity with the Logistics or Retail domain (inventory, orders, reconciliation).
