What you’ll do
Modernize core components with a focus on observability, reliability, and performance.
Implement distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry across a complex ecosystem.
Improve messaging, data pipelines, and architecture patterns.
Add new platform capabilities through safe, incremental modernization.
Work across a large enterprise codebase.
Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) daily.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of C#/.NET experience (Framework 4.x + .NET 6/8).
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
Understanding of distributed tracing and APM tools.
Solid SQL Server skills.
Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
Nice‑to‑have:
System.Diagnostics, ETW, TraceSource.
OpenTelemetry implementation.
Grafana, Kafka, Docker, scripting.
ETL/analytics, CI/CD, DevOps mindset.
