Lead Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced end-to-end Product Designer to step into a Lead Designer position for one of our customers and lead the efforts of the design team. Requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional experience as Product Designer

• Extensive experience leading design teams, with a demonstrated ability to rekindle team enthusiasm and foster a high-performance creative culture

• AI-driven design enthusiast — a strong passion for the evolving landscape of AI, with a knack for identifying how emerging tools can solve complex design problems

• Portfolio showcasing delivered, real-life projects

• Experience designing complex and large-scale systems

• Strong sense of aesthetics and a holistic approach to design

• Comfortable exploring various design directions and building a story around it

• Effortless communication skills in English

Main responsibilities:

• Driving the design process — from the initial discovery phase through the design hand-off up to the maintenance and product optimization

• Designing digital products for web and mobile

• Building design prototypes

• Creating / contributing to Design Systems

• Validating your ideas with users
