About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer – MS Technologies to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and operation of Windows server systems for both national and international customers. You will ensure the smooth operation and support of Microsoft Windows server farms, MS SQL servers, and Citrix NetScaler systems within agreed SLAs.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our cloud strategy, perform release and version upgrades, and handle incident analysis and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities also include maintaining system documentation, expanding a comprehensive knowledge base, implementing automation solutions, and continuously improving system and application monitoring using industry-leading software.

Main responsibilities

• Administration and operation of Windows server systems for our national and international customers
• Ensuring smooth operation and support of Microsoft Windows server farms, MS SQL
• servers, and Citrix NetScaler systems within agreed SLAs
• Cloud computing: Contributing to and further developing the company’s cloud strategy
• Performing release and version upgrades of deployed applications (Windows operating
• system)
• Error analysis in case of incidents
• System documentation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base
• Implementation of automation solutions
• Continuous improvement of system and application monitoring using industry-leading software
