Data Engineer (LIMS/ELN)

We’re looking for Data Engineer with hands-on experience in laboratory data (LIMS / ELN) to support R&D data integration and analytics.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer

• Hands-on experience with LIMS or ELN systems

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

• Experience working with Excel-based data sources

• Background in R&D, laboratory, or scientific environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure and/or Databricks

• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps

• Background in chemistry, life sciences, or related fields

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Main responsibilities:

• Work with laboratory data sources such as LIMS, ELN, Excel, and SharePoint

• Design and build data pipelines using Python and SQL

• Transform and structure messy R&D data into clean, well-organized datasets

• Process and manage data using Azure and Databricks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and analysts

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across systems
