    Skills we are looking for

    🔸 Min 3 years of experience in the area of process-business analysis, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM.

    🔸 Implementation experience based on ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology. 

    🔸 Highly developed communication skills ( spoken and written) covering all levels of management as well as technical and business roles 

    🔸 Ability to clarify and paraphrase requirements and perform technical assessments 

    🔸 Excellent English and Polish language skills - minimum C1 is a must

    🔸 Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities at different stages of projects 

    🔸 Proactivity, focus on problem solving and finding improvements 

    🔸 Willingness to learn and constantly explore new areas 

    🔸 Highly developed analytical skills 

    🔸 Willingness to occasional business travel 


    Nice to have

    🔸 ITIL certificate 

    🔸 ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or other 


    Responsibilities

    🔸 Conducting workshops on requirements gathering, product support, IT tools and services, mainly on ServiceNow 

    🔸 Analysis of business, product, process and project requirements 

    🔸 Performing pre-implementation and implementation analysis on the ServiceNow platform 

    🔸 Close cooperation with the internal project team  

    🔸 Support and advice to technical consultants in terms of product, process, analytical and consultant knowledge, mainly in the field of ServiceNow, 

    🔸 Consulting during the implementation of confirmed solutions and functionalities 

    🔸 Managing a consulting project
