Skills we are looking for

🔸 Experience in process and business analysis, and in the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

🔸 Practical programming knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

🔸 Experience working within ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology

🔸 ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)

🔸 Strong communication skills (spoken and written), comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels

🔸 Ability to clarify, structure, and paraphrase requirements, and translate them into technical assessments or designs

🔸 Excellent command of English and Polish (minimum level C1)

🔸 Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate work across different project phases

🔸 Proactive, solution-oriented approach with focus on improvement and value creation

🔸 Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and explore new ServiceNow areas

🔸 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

🔸 Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

Responsibilities

🔸 Delivering implementation and maintenance projects on the ServiceNow platform - designing, building, and optimizing processes and solutions

🔸 Working closely with customers to identify and analyze requirements, ensuring clear alignment with business goals

🔸 Translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks

🔸 Preparing and facilitating workshops, trainings, presentations, and consultations, and collecting feedback from stakeholders

🔸 Designing solution architecture using ServiceNow standard components, plugins, and custom functions; advising clients on the optimal technical approach

🔸 Configuring, developing, and testing ServiceNow solutions according to best practices

🔸 Preparing and maintaining technical and customer-facing documentation

🔸 Collaborating closely with internal project teams (Program Managers, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, etc.)

🔸 Providing technical consulting on activation, configuration, integration, and customization of ServiceNow modules using configuration and scripting where needed
