Responsibilities:
· Research and analyze Workday integration tickets, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and update documentation in line with internal standards.
· Design, build, test, and support new Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, Web Services, and EIBs.
· Maintain and enhance existing integrations, proactively proposing improvements to stability, performance, and scalability.
· Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders on Workday Integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
· Collaborate with project teams and support ongoing or new initiatives requiring Workday integration expertise.
· Ensure compliance with integration governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday Integrations.
· Strong practical expertise with Workday Studio, Workday Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and EIBs (must‑have).
· Experience working for a Workday Partner company (required).
· Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and deliver scalable, well‑documented solutions.
· Strong communication skills and ability to advise business stakeholders.
· Nice to have: experience with Process Orchestration, US Benefits integrations, and Workday Extend.
