Sopra Steria
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the Sopra Steria Polska team and contribute to a project for a leading French broadcasting company.
As a member of an international team, you will be working closely with our foreign client in the telecommunications industry on the development and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Responsibilities:
Participation in implementation projects.
Designing new solutions based on customer requirements.
Providing comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products.
Implementation of business-defined functions on the ServiceNow platform.
Evolution of the platform and recommendations for improving the functionality of customer solutions.
Address any new or unresolved incidents that may affect system performance.
Identify and resolve recurring issues by investigating underlying issues
Perform critical incident investigations and determine the root cause to prevent recurrence.
Test patches and updates in a non-production environment before applying them to production.
Ensure there are no issues after applying the update.
Ensure all ServiceNow APIs are functioning properly and monitor for failures.
Review and update catalog items to ensure they are aligned with business changes.
Verify fulfillment tasks related to catalog items are functioning properly.
Ensure documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes is up to date.
Review custom scripts (such as business rules, script includes) for effectiveness and best practices.
Optimize or refactor code that may cause performance issues.

ServiceNow
Must have requirements:
Fluent English B2/C1.
Previous experience in ServiceNow Administration.
Good knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience in the process of upgrading software (ServiceNow).
Experience in implementing ServiceNow products such as ITSM, DISCOVERY, CMDB.
Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.
Nice to have requirements:
French language.
Knowledge of ITIL / experience of working with ITIL processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certificate.
The recruitment process in our company consist of three stages:

one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)
