Job description

Online interview

For one of our Scandinavian clients, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist. You will be working on a project related to the development and maintenance of integrations in Azure environments using Dynamics 365. The project is in an international environment, for one of the leading market leaders in their industry.


Note that we can offer cooperation only to people who are located in Poland (Silesia area). 


Mission/activities: 

  • Design, implementation and maintenance of application functionality based on best programming practices.
  • Managing and deploying applications in the Azure cloud.
  • Monitoring of applications in Azure and optimization of cloud resources.
  • Creating and managing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes in Azure DevOps.
  • Automating processes for testing, building and deploying applications.
  • Design, development and integration of systems using RESTful APIs and ensuring consistency and high performance of APIs.
  • Integrating .NET applications with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Design and implementation of applications in microservices architecture.
  • Working with the Git system for code versioning, branch management and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+), both written and spoken.

Must have requirements:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with .NET C# Development
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills - English B2+
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs effectively
  • Proactive in providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships


Azure Cloud Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage etc.
  • Knowledge of deploying, managing, and monitoring applications in Azure.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

Integration skills:

  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid).
  • Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

Other technical skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.


Nice to have requirements: 

  • Knowledge about JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Typescript.
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
  • Knowledge about integration with OData APIs.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Relevant .NET or software architecture certifications.
