Responsibilities


Contact with customers
- Service desk management
- Support email & phone & video calls
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners
- Keeping in touch with current customers and partners
- Seeking out potential partners and reaching out to them
- Showcasing our products during demo meetings

Sales support
- Actively partaking in discussions on Atlassian Community and recommending our products to potential customers
- Cooperating with Atlassian Partners – inviting new partners to join our program, showcasing our apps, maintaining cooperation, providing training for partners and their clients, creating additional sales materials or other benefits for partners.
- Event support - actively participating in conferences to promote our apps, manage stands and network among Atlassian partners.

Requirements

Excellent command of English
Excellent communication and networking skills
Experience as a Sales Representative, using the language of benefits and handling objections
Experience in the IT market is preferred
Experience in providing digital assistance, especially through online calls and by providing demonstrations of the product.
Experience in working directly with customers or partners, preferably via chat or video call
Flexibility to support clients in U.S. time zones, including the future possibility of afternoon shifts.

Nice to have

Interest in marketing
Participating in promotion events like conferences
Experience working with Jira products
Familiarity with the Scrum framework
