We are currently looking for candidates for the role of:


Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Transformation


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate can navigate between technology and business domains, works confidently with senior stakeholders, and drives delivery with a strong results orientation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • leading the full S/4HANA transformation lifecycle, starting from the assessment phase through design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization across both business and IT domains,

  • managing project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and cross‑project dependencies,

  • facilitating Fit to Standard workshops and support business process harmonization,

  • collaborating closely with business leaders and senior managers to drive decisions, align priorities, and secure buy‑in,

  • overseeing data migration strategy, data cleansing, validation, and cutover planning,

  • coordinating system integration with PLM, HR, BI, and legacy ERP,

  • ensuring quality execution of all test phases: SIT, UAT, regression, performance,

  • leading communication and Organizational Change Management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption across all departments,

  • managing internal subject matter experts and external implementation partners to maintain alignment and accountability.


Our expectations:


  • 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP transformation projects (preferably S/4HANA implementations),

  • strong ability to work with business stakeholders, senior managers, and C‑level sponsors, including guiding discussions and negotiating priorities,

  • solid understanding of S/4HANA core processes and module interactions,

  • excellent communication, argumentation, facilitation, and presentation skills,

  • demonstrated goal‑oriented mindset and ability to drive decisions in complex environments,

  • experience in multinational or multi‑site organizations is an advantage,

  • certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAP Activate are a plus,

  • experience implementing SAP systems in manufacturing or production companies is highly regarded,

  • a background as a consultant in WM, PP, SD, FI/CO, PM, or CS would be an asset,

  • understanding of shop floor processes, logistics operations, or production planning cycles is beneficial,

  • knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori, or cloud‑based SAP extensions is an advantage.
