Responsibilities:

• Implements and configures Microsoft 365 solutions,
• Confidently resolves issues requiring correct application of a standard, proven solution, 
• Supervises technical quality and set priorities for juniors,
• Breaks down problem into list of simple elements [i.e., user story to tasks], 
• Contribute to design and project documentation (e.g., solution design, ops guides, test plans, etc.),
• Executes technical proof of concept,
• Participates in meetings with the customers on the need basis,
• Scopes out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits,
• Takes part in pre-sales activities during scoping and customer needs verification.

✅ What we need to see from you:

Operational

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365
• Proven track record and experience in delivering projects in the cybersecurity space, with exposure to Microsoft technology,
• Fluent English.

Technical Skills – depending on the level of seniority 2 or more of the following categories are required

• Identity Security and Standards,
• Authentication/Authorization Protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos),
• Azure AD Access Control,
• Microsoft Purview,
• Security and Compliance Management,
• Threat Management and Monitoring,
• Endpoint Security,
• Information Protection,
• Privileged Access Management,
• Active Directory Security,
• Azure Security Architecture,
• Application Security and SecDevOps/DevSecOps,
• Security Monitoring and Operations 
• Network Security,
• Policy Management and Monitoring.

Soft skills 

• Good presentation and communication skills, 
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills,  
• Task prioritization, highly organized.
