YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in IT software house
- Cooperating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and talent needs
- Searching new sources to reach active and passive candidates
- Cooperating with HR Marketing and taking active participation in internal and external marketing events
- Working on other tasks assigned by manager (may be related to different HR areas eg. HR Operations, employer branding, internal events, CSR)
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (at least 1-2 years)
- Familiarity with IT market or interest in entering the IT recruitment world
- Experience with direct cooperation with hiring managers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Good spoken/written English (preferably B2 level)
- Fluent Polish
