We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure all projects meet their objectives and deadlines. As the go-to person for all aspects of a project’s organization and timeline, your responsibilities will include ensuring resource availability, managing allocation, and delivering projects within scope and budget.

The role reports directly to the Programme Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating project workflows and tasks management
- Managing tasks and general administration in Jira
- Ensuring the timely delivery of development work
- Participating in project scope meetings and defining action points
- Ensuring adherence to relevant processes
Requirements
Essential
- 2+ years’ experience in a project management or engineering role
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Experience running Agile project methodologies
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Expertise in requirements gathering, prioritization, and documentation
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with a demonstrable ability to think critically and solve problems in engineering or related disciplines
- Knowledge of how web applications are built, including frontend, backend, servers, databases, and cloud server environments
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passion and drive, and a genuine desire to make things better
- A positive, team-playing attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Polish
Desirable
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- Relevant experience in implementation projects
- Experience in programming
