BSS LogisQ is part of the international ROFA Industrial Automation Group and Macrix Technology Group and specializes in digitalization projects in logistics and warehouse management.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will play a key role in our digitalization projects within logistics and warehouse management environments and actively contribute to our ongoing success story.
Your responsibilities
- Lead digitalization projects in logistics and warehouse management (WMS) from requirements analysis to go‑live.
- Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in close cooperation with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure smooth execution across all project phases.
- Lead the IT project team by setting priorities, monitoring progress, and fostering effective collaboration.
- Manage communication with national and international clients and handle expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and define and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and with the required quality.
- Track project financial performance, control budgets, and report project status to senior management.
- Ensure high‑quality project deliverables and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management, IT consulting, software implementation, or digital transformation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or strong motivation to quickly develop deep WMS expertise.
- Solid knowledge of established project management methodologies and tools (e.g. planning, risk and budget management, reporting, roadmapping).
- Hands‑on experience with agile delivery approaches (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Ideally, project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Fluent English
- German is an advantage.

Working environment and travel
- Preferred location: Poznań or surrounding area.
- Hybrid working model with 2–3 days per week in the office to support close collaboration on complex, high‑impact projects.
- Regular business trips to Germany to closely cooperate with our clients are an integral part of this role.
