Technical Business Analyst – Regulated Environments (f/m/x)

We are looking for a professional who combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of technology and operational processes to support digital solutions used for handling scientific inquiries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that platforms supporting communication with healthcare professionals are efficient, reliable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in improving processes, enabling data-driven insights, and enhancing overall system performance.

Your tasks:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, translating them into clear functional specifications

• Oversee and continuously improve systems supporting inquiry intake, processing, and response delivery

• Coordinate support activities across multiple levels to maintain high system availability and user satisfaction

• Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing performance metrics and operational data

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and ensure alignment between business and technology

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, validation processes, and data protection requirements

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles in regulated environments

• Strong understanding of inquiry management processes and customer interaction platforms

• Experience working with CRM or case management systems and data-driven tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Prior knowledge of compliance frameworks, including validation processes and data privacy principles, medical inquiry processes, and pharmaceutical compliance (GxP, data privacy)

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and focus on continuous improvement

• Fluent communication skills in English
