Senior System Engineer (f/m/x)

Join our team as a Systems Engineer and help shape the next generation of airborne controllers powering modern avionics. You will play a key role in defining system architecture, transforming requirements into robust technical solutions, and ensuring high-reliability performance in aerospace environments. This is an opportunity to work on complex, safety-critical systems and collaborate with international engineering teams.

Your tasks

• Process and analyze customer requirements

• Identify areas of uncertainty and determine the risks

• Perform analysis of the system to ensure it meets the technical requirements in aerospace projects

• Manage, control, and distribute requirements for the product and sub-systems in DOORS

• Perform technical system risk analysis and risk mitigation plan

• Cooperation with System, HW/SW Development, and Platform Engineers within an international team

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a system engineer in the related industry (aerospace, automotive, medical)

• Technical leadership abilities to take a lead role with engineers, designers, and technicians

• Ability to evaluate a big picture and have the necessary attention to detail

• Experience in software/system verification

• Working knowledge of DOORS, including DXL scripting

• Fluent English and Polish - ability to explain technical topics

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience in the design and development of safety-critical applications would be a benefit

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Working knowledge of standards for airborne systems (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160, etc.)

• Familiarity with MATLAB Simulink
