Role Overview:
We are seeking a Flexcube System Analyst to join a Core Banking team focused on developing and enhancing the Oracle FLEXCUBE platform. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong core banking knowledge combined with hands-on FLEXCUBE experience. The position involves addressing platform-level development, reducing technical debt, and supporting key initiatives including migration efforts and ongoing transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and improvement of the Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) platform

• Address core functionality improvements and platform-level technical debt

• Contribute to migration efforts and transformation programs

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders on core banking initiatives

• Provide support in production/support environments

• Analyse data and validate outputs using SQL and technical documentation

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong understanding of core banking operations including account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations, accounting entries, and regulatory reporting

• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS)

• Knowledge of product setup and parameters, events, accounting roles and rules, and FLEXCUBE architecture (database, application, interfaces)

• Basic technical understanding of SQL for data analysis, web services (SOAP/REST), XML messages, and UNIX/Linux logs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

• Experience in production/support environments

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with banking standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX)

• Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications
