Spotfire Engineer

Join a project for a global medical organization driving a major GxP end-to-end analytics initiative. As a Senior Spotfire Engineer, you will design and deliver advanced Spotfire dashboards and data models that empower business teams to analyse and export critical data. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional digital, regulatory, analytical development, and QC teams in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Build and maintain advanced Spotfire dashboards (version 12.0+)

• Customize reports using SQL, IronPython, HTML, CSS, and Java

• Develop optimized data models for analytics (dimensional and columnar)

• Manage Spotfire administration: user access, scheduling, deployments, migrations

• Lead BI design discussions and translate business needs into solutions

• Execute GxP validation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• At least 10 years in BI reporting, data warehousing, and analytics, with over 6 years in Spotfire

• Strong coding skills: SQL, IronPython, HTML, CSS, Java; experience in AWS

• Expertise in data modeling (star, snowflake, data vault) and Agile Scrum

• Proven ability to work in GxP-regulated environments with validation documentation

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

• Residing in Poland required
