ServiceNow HRSD Analyst (f/m/x)
The ServiceNow Team at Sii provides comprehensive services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within client organizations. Our expertise spans multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITBM (PPM).
We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in multiple projects utilizing various modules and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Your tasks
Conducting business analysis to understand customers' expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions, with a strong focus on the HRSD module
Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team as needed
Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria)
Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
Managing production deployments
Conducting necessary training for end-users on platform usability and implementing solutions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with the HRSD module
Previous experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders daily
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
English proficiency at a level enabling effective communication (B2 or higher)
Nice-to-have requirements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
