ServiceNow Business Analyst

ServiceNow Business Analyst, remote or Warsaw hybrid

Contract B2B via Harvey Nash
Duration: long-term (1st contract: 6 months)
Rate: 110-140 PLN/h (optimum range)
End-client: international life science company

 Tasks:

• Gather, document and manage ServiceNow requirements (from interviews, workshop and surveys)

• Analyse, map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes

• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and change validation scripts

• Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions

• Act as the liaison between IT and business units

• Be up to date with ServiceNow solutions

• Monitor system performance and user feedback

 Requirements:

• 3+ years as ServiceNow Business Analyst / Consultant

• Experience with at least one of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)

• Knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience with PM/BA software tools

• Fluent in English

• Allowed to work on B2B in Poland

• Nice to have: cross-module experience, ServiceNow CSA certification, multi-module knowledge, experience with ITBM, international projects / companies experience
