Project Manager with marketing experience (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marketing projects to lead complex, global initiatives.

This role involves end-to-end project ownership - from planning and design, through development, to deployment and execution - within an international, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate combines solid project management expertise with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive projects to successful delivery.

Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure)

• Manage project timeline, milestones, scope, and budget to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional, global teams

• Track progress across all workstreams and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks

• Manage scope changes and adapt plans based on internal and external factors

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and governance materials

• Drive and support Change Management activities related to project implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional, and global projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Background in marketing-related projects and campaign, or asset deployment

• Experience in AI or automation projects

• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret project data

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across functions

• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Residing in Poland required
