Project Manager – Global Cutovers (f/m/x)
We are looking for a Regional Project Manager who will lead preparation and coordination during multiday system downtime and major cutover events. The role connects teams across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and China to ensure consistent planning, communication, and execution.
Your tasks
Lead regional preparation and governance for upcoming downtime and cutover events
Coordinate planning, updates, and communication across multiple global regions
Organize and run regular meetings, prepare materials, track actions, and ensure follow‑up
Manage risks, dependencies, and readiness tasks throughout the full preparation cycle
Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear status updates
Bring together inputs from Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Finance, Medical, and other functions
Support creation and tracking of customer and patient communication plans
Provide structured project management support during cutovers, including issue handling and escalation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proven track record in managing cutover events (ideally multiple end-to-end deliveries)
Comfortable operating across global regions, including the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and China, with full readiness to flex working hours as needed — including occasional early‑morning or late‑evening availability
Strong organizational capabilities with a talent for coordinating numerous stakeholders simultaneously
Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
Proactive in identifying risks early and ensuring timely follow-up actions
Excellent communication skills and a natural strength in building relationships across diverse teams
Confidence in balancing both regional priorities and global strategic direction
Willingness to travel occasionally to Warsaw
Fluency in English
