Microsoft 365 Migration Support Engineer (f/m/x)
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Support Engineer to join Sii and support a large-scale transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for our international client. You will contribute to a major cloud transformation initiative, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience across email, collaboration tools, storage systems, and authentication services.
You will work in a friendly, collaborative environment with access to Sii’s learning platforms, Microsoft partnership resources, certification paths, and long‑term development opportunities.

Your tasks
Deliver Level 2 support for users migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth transitions across email, storage, and collaboration tools
Troubleshoot issues related to email migration, file transfers, document conversion, authentication, permissions, and Teams configuration
Assist users with locating migrated content, resolving access issues, and adapting to new workflows and MFA processes
Monitor and handle hypercare activities, including daily stand‑ups, channel monitoring, office hours, and reporting on issue trends
Create and maintain knowledge base materials, runbooks, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in technical support, cloud migrations, or Microsoft 365 administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace environments and cross-platform migrations
Ability to diagnose complex issues across authentication, data synchronization, file systems, and user access
Very good English skills (min. B2), enabling effective communication in an international environment
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
