IT Project Manager – procurement processes (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to drive complex transformation initiatives within procurement and financial operations. The role focuses on coordinating large-scale programs related to purchasing optimization, system integration, and insight-driven reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, bring measurable value, and support long-term operational excellence.
Your tasks
Managing multiple transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
Monitoring progress, costs, and risks, and proactively addressing issues to keep initiatives on track
Coordinating collaboration between business functions, technical teams, and external partners
Supporting the rollout and improvement of digital procurement solutions and related integrations
Driving process optimization, change adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preparing clear project documentation, status updates, and performance metrics for stakeholders
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience leading complex IT projects in procurement, finance, or operational transformation
Strong project management capabilities, including stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination
Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing operations
Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as Ariba, SAP, and related tools, e.g., Concur
Experience with system integrations, data flows, and analytical or reporting environments
Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and measurable outcomes
Advanced proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
Residing in Poland required
