Cybersecurity Senior Manager – IAM, Directory & Authentication (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Senior Manager specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join an Sii project delivered for a global, highly regulated organization known for its complex, enterprise‑scale IT ecosystem. In this role, you will drive the evolution of authentication and directory security services across multi‑cloud environments, shaping strategy and ensuring strong cyber resilience and user experience. You will collaborate with global engineering teams, architects, and application owners while leveraging Sii’s partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to grow your expertise.

Your tasks

• Define and drive the global strategy for authentication and directory security services, ensuring strong protection and seamless user experience

• Build success metrics and implement automated security configuration management for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra

• Strengthen authentication architecture across multi‑cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Evaluate conditional access, privileged access controls, and security posture to identify risks and ensure production stability

• Promote self‑service adoption, streamline onboarding to SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and accelerate secure application integration

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with a strong focus on IAM, authentication, and directory services

• Advanced hands‑on expertise in AD, Entra, MFA, SSO, and modern authentication security best practices

• Strong analytical approach, including practical experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel for data‑driven decisions

• Familiarity with regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and standards such as ISO

• English at the B2–C1 level for effective communication in a global environment

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
