Senior IT Security & IAM Consultant (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IT security, compliance and Identity & Access Management (IAM) topics.

• Lead and support security risk analyses and threat assessments on application and project level.

• Develop IT security concepts, including risk assessments, security controls and compliance measures.

• Drive IAM initiatives, with a focus on authorization concepts and user/application onboarding.

• Align with application owners and business stakeholders on onboarding paths and access models.

• Organize and support the onboarding of applications to IAM solutions (e.g. One Identity).

• Gather and structure authorization and account requirements with business teams.

• Support audit preparation and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulations.

• Contribute to cybersecurity and IAM transformation projects from planning through implementation.

Qualifications

• Confident communication in English and Polish. German is a strong plus.

• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.

• Several years of experience in IT security, IAM or security consulting.

• Experience with security risk assessments, authorization models or identity management processes.

• Familiarity with IAM tools or platforms (e.g., One Identity) is a plus.

• Experience working in client-facing consulting or project environments.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Our standard is a hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.
