Cybersecurity Privileged Access Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Privileged Access Engineer to join a long‑term project delivered by Sii for an international, technology‑driven organization. You will work in a mature cybersecurity environment, helping shape and enhance the client’s global Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing PAM solutions, supporting IAM architecture, and ensuring secure access to critical infrastructure across cloud and on‑premise environments. You will collaborate with architects, operations teams, and various IT domains to strengthen controls, automate processes, and improve privileged account governance.

Your tasks

• Design, implement, and support enterprise‑wide PAM solutions in cooperation with IAM Architects and Operations teams

• Identify, onboard, and manage privileged accounts across cloud and on‑prem platforms, ensuring proper vaulting and policy enforcement

• Configure and maintain advanced PAM features such as password auto‑rotation, session recording, and just‑in‑time access

• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge materials while mentoring junior IAM team members

• Support compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement of IAM security controls and standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including hands‑on work with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management

• Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, GCP, and Unix systems

• Experience implementing PAM solutions, strengthening security controls, and supporting audits and compliance frameworks

• Understanding of common IAM pillars such as IGA and MFA, plus familiarity with regulatory standards (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO)

• English at B2+ level for daily communication in an international environment

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
