Privileged Access Management (PAM) Onboarding Specialist – CyberArk
We are looking for an experienced PAM Onboarding Specialist to drive the onboarding of privileged accounts into our CyberArk platform across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments. In this role, you will act as the central coordinator between business/application teams, infrastructure teams and CyberArk engineers, ensuring a secure, compliant and efficient onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Analyse privileged accounts across infrastructure, applications and cloud, interpret scan results and identify onboarding gaps and priorities
Advise account owners on appropriate onboarding patterns and guide setup of AD groups, shared accounts and CyberArk safes
Coordinate CyberArk engineers for implementation, configuration of connectors and plug-ins and onboarding delivery
Manage task ownership, timelines and status tracking across multiple onboarding streams
Orchestrate testing, validation and sign-off with application, infrastructure and security stakeholders
Prepare documentation, runbooks and ensure smooth transition to BAU with the PAM Run Team
Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to support and enable stakeholders

Qualifications
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
5+ years of IT consulting or similar experience integrating security requirements into IT solutions
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Hands-on experience with CyberArk (Vaults/Safes, PSM, CPM, connectors, plug-ins, policies)
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux account models and Active Directory / LDAP
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their privileged account models
Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills in project/programme environments
Excellent English and fluent Polish language skills, ability to run workshops and collaborate in cross-functional international teams
Openness to work in a hybrid working model from our office in Katowice
