Business Project Manager (f/m/x)

Business-focused Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex, multi-region initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong in ownership, stakeholder alignment, and risk management, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic objectives in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate project execution in line with business goals

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources

• Monitor progress and report project status to stakeholders

• Identify and manage risks and project issues

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Ensure effective communication and high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management across global organizations

• Steering cross-regional teams and coordinating distributed stakeholders

• Managing aggressive schedules, critical dependencies, and high-innovation workstreams

• Delivering to defined scope, budget, and quality parameters

• Strong understanding of technology fundamentals (infrastructure, platforms, digital solutions)

• Excellent command of project governance, risk/issue management, and structured reporting

• Able to translate technical concepts into clear business implications for executive audiences

• Proficiency in English for business communication
