Business Analyst – Multifonds platform (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong domain expertise and hands-on knowledge of the Multifonds platform (mandatory requirement) to join a large-scale transformation project within the financial services sector.

This position requires 50% hybrid work in Warsaw or Cracow.

Your tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) processes

• Work extensively with the Multifonds platform to analyze configurations, functionalities, and integration points

• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations (including SWIFT), and blockchain-related initiatives

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and validation

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile delivery environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business/System Analyst

• Hands-on experience with the Multifonds platform

• Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) operations

• Understanding of SWIFT messaging and blockchain technology

• Experience working in Agile methodologies

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams

• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and goal-oriented approach

• Very good command of both English and Polish (spoken and written)

• Residing in Poland required
