Business Analyst – Automotive Industry (f/m/x)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the project in the Manufacturing IT domain for an Automotive Industry leader. In this role, you will work on IT systems and applications that support and optimize manufacturing processes across multiple sites. You will play a key role in leading complex requirements gathering activities, ensuring high quality of business analysis practices, and acting as a trusted partner to business and architecture stakeholders. Your tasks

• Leading requirements gathering activities for complex and cross-location Manufacturing IT initiatives, including workshops and stakeholder sessions

• Analyzing dependencies and assessing the impact of changes across plants, systems, and business processes

• Driving the development and continuous improvement of business analysis templates, standards, and best practices within Manufacturing IT

• Ensuring consistency, traceability, and alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, resolving requirement-related conflicts, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Supporting and mentoring less experienced Business Analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, preferably in complex IT environments

• Proven experience in leading requirements analysis for large-scale or cross-site initiatives

• Experience working with Manufacturing IT systems, in particular Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

• Strong background in requirements elicitation techniques, documentation, and quality assurance

• Ability to work closely with technical, business, and architecture teams as a trusted advisor

• Experience gained in projects related to manufacturing or industrial environments would be considered an additional advantage

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
