As a Senior Business Analyst – Veeva RIMS & Pharma Industry, you will be working for our client, a global enterprise specializing in crop science, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health. Your main responsibilities:

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed Veeva application specifications
• Leading analysis projects by facilitating stakeholder discussions and documenting data-driven insights
• Assessing current and future business processes through analytics and testing within Veeva RIMS
• Recommending process improvements and documenting their impact
• Developing training materials, process maps, and guidance documentation
• Ensuring high-quality requirements and supporting backlog prioritization

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of Veeva RIMS and its modules
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Requirements Analysis, and strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and agile delivery skills
• Proven experience with Change Management processes in Veeva RIM or other GxP systems
• Industry experience in Pharma

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English
