AI Test Automation Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Test Automation Engineer to join our team, focused on developing a cutting-edge AI-driven tool that leverages Generative AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning. This system will serve as a central knowledge base for the organization, enabling advanced data analysis, process automation, and AI-powered decision-making.

The solution will be built from scratch using modern technologies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless integration within the organization.

Your tasks

• Liaise with subject matter experts/Product Owners externally and internally

• Analyze business requirements and propose interpretations with functional and non-functional requirements (documented in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.)

• Validate IT requirement description quality and test cases against requirements and document test results according to the customer’s Testing and Quality Standards

• Automating the process of creating and adding new tests to the solution, amending tests, executing them, visualizing test results, and presenting analyses

• Writing clear and comprehensive test documentation

• Check bug reports against requirements

Requirements

• Expertise in relational and/or non-relational database technologies

• Knowledge of Big Data technologies, particularly working with large datasets, processing, and parallelization (Snowflake, AWS, Hadoop)

• Minimum 3 years of Python development experience, including libraries for AI solutions

• Hands-on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to drive BDD-based software development

• API Testing using Postman, Swagger

• Knowledge of generative AI (GenAI) technologies and tools, including multimodal setup, prompt engineering, and Natural Language Processing (LLM’s)

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for Test Automation

• Experience in CI/CD integration for automated testing workflows
