Middle Configuration Specialist (CLM)

Customer
You will work with Icertis CLM, a market-leading enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform used by global organizations to streamline contract creation, approval, and compliance processes. The solution automates workflows, improves operational efficiency, and helps reduce risks associated with contract handling across different markets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems (CLM, CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, SAP, or similar)
Hands-on experience with system configuration (not limited to analysis or design tasks)
Ability to elicit requirements and follow specifications carefully and work independently on assigned tasks
Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
English level: Intermediate or higher (reading and writing)
Would be a plus
Experience with integrations or automation tools
Knowledge of contract management processes
Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Icertis CLM, Salesforce, SAP)

Responsibilities
Develop software components using C and Rust
Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation
Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners
Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project
Report on status and progress according to the project and company demands
Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements
Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager
Improve your qualification within the areas of expertise by attending various training courses, seminars, and/or other educational organizations
