Operations Manager
We are supporting a long-term project for a major EU public-sector organization, and we are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure services environment.

Work model: 100% onsite — relocation required

Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day infrastructure operations and service delivery activities.
Coordinating infrastructure support teams, including local and remote teams, technical stakeholders, vendors, external service providers, and client representatives.
Monitoring service performance, KPIs, SLAs, incidents, risks, and operational issues.
Ensuring timely escalation, follow-up, and resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
Acting as the central point of contact for infrastructure operations matters.
Supporting operational reporting, governance meetings, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Coordinating changes, releases, maintenance windows, and other operational activities.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, operational standards, and security obligations.
Requirements:
5–10 years of professional experience in infrastructure operations, IT service delivery, operations management, or a similar role.
Proven experience working in an infrastructure operations or managed services environment.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes, operational governance, incident management, change coordination, SLA/KPI monitoring, and service reporting.
Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, service providers, and client-facing stakeholders.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a structured, secure, and client-facing environment.
English C1 minimum.
Eligibility for EU-SECRET Security Clearance.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Strasbourg, France.
Availability to work 100% onsite at the client’s premises.
EU-SECRET Security Clearance eligibility requires being a European citizen for at least 5 years and having continuous residence in Europe for at least 5 years.
Nice to have:
ITIL certification.
PRINCE2 certification.
PMO-related certification.
Other relevant certifications in service management, project management, infrastructure operations, or IT governance.
