Efectivo.pro is a platform supporting warehouse and production management based on real-time operational data. Our system combines software, hardware, telemetry, and RTLS technologies to help industrial and logistics companies optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and increase workplace safety.

We are looking for a Technology Operations Officer who will take ownership of the company’s technology strategy, engineering operations, infrastructure, and R&D initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technology management, product thinking, infrastructure oversight, and operational execution.

Your responsibilities

• Defining and executing the company’s technology strategy and development roadmap

• Managing and growing the engineering and R&D teams

• Overseeing backend, frontend, infrastructure, and hardware integrations

• Coordinating research and development initiatives

• Collaborating closely with product and business teams

• Managing AWS cloud infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization

• Ensuring system security and data protection standards

• Monitoring technology trends (AI, IoT, edge computing) and recommending new solutions

• Maintaining high engineering standards and product quality

• Supporting long-term product scalability and operational excellence

About the product

Efectivo.pro develops an RTLS (Real-Time Location System) platform supporting warehouses and production facilities in optimizing operational processes according to lean management principles.

The platform analyzes operational workflows in real time and provides actionable insights for faster decision-making. The system uses Ultra WideBand (UWB) technology for highly accurate asset localization with precision of approximately 30 cm.

Our solution improves operational efficiency, workplace safety, and process automation.

Must have

• Experience managing engineering or technology teams

• Experience building or scaling IT products across the full product lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud environments

• Understanding of IoT and edge computing architectures

• Practical knowledge of Python or JavaScript

• Experience working with communication protocols such as MQTT, Bluetooth, or WiFi

• Understanding of IT security and data protection principles

• Experience leading R&D initiatives

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with UWB technology or RTLS systems

• Experience in logistics or industrial environments

• Experience scaling SaaS platforms

• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and containerized infrastructure
