Technology Strategist
Position Summary
ALT Infrastructure SA is seeking a Technology Strategist to support the development, financing, and commercialization of next generation digital infrastructure platforms, with a focus on AI infrastructure, high performance compute, data center development, power strategy, advanced connectivity, and related frontier technology ecosystems.
The role is intended for a senior professional able to operate across technology strategy, infrastructure development, capital formation, strategic partnerships, market development, and commercialization in an international context.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives relating to AI infrastructure, data center development, compute driven platform expansion, power aligned site development, advanced connectivity, and technology platform strategy.
Support the identification, evaluation, and structuring of strategic partnerships with investors, developers, technology providers, energy counterparties, and institutional stakeholders.
Advise management on technology positioning, market entry, commercial strategy, and long-term growth opportunities in Switzerland and Europe.
Contribute to financing strategy, investor communications, and transaction support for project development, joint ventures, and broader platform expansion.
Assess new opportunities with attention to technical differentiation, execution risk, regulatory complexity, infrastructure readiness, and strategic fit.
Coordinate across commercial, technical, legal, and financial work streams to help translate strategic objectives into executable development plans.
Prepare senior level strategy materials, investment memoranda, partnership summaries, and board facing analyses.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience across digital infrastructure, real assets, deep technology, capital formation, and cross border strategic development.
The candidate should demonstrate:
At least 10 years of senior experience in infrastructure, technology commercialization, strategic advisory, investing, or related fields.
Strong familiarity with AI infrastructure, high performance compute, data centers, power and connectivity considerations, and the commercial requirements of compute intensive platforms.
Experience working with institutional investors, strategic counterparties, and complex cross border transactions.
Ability to bridge technical, financial, and commercial considerations in emerging infrastructure markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-level strategic and transactional materials.
Preferred background includes exposure to advanced computing, including quantum compute and post-quantum encryption, satellite spectrum, secure digital infrastructure, communications systems, digital asset infrastructure, or other frontier technology sectors relevant to next generation infrastructure development.
