Chapter Lead Architect (m/f/n)
We are currently seeking a talented Chapter Lead Architect (m/f/n) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise cloud infrastructure. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between complex business objectives and cutting-edge technical execution. You will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring our IT architecture aligns with global business standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Design and maintain enterprise-grade architecture based on TOGAF principles to align IT infrastructure with long-term business goals.
Automation Excellence: Build, optimize, and manage robust automation frameworks across multi-cloud environments.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead the deployment and management of cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Orchestration & DevOps: Oversee containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes) and implement GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Standardize deployment processes using Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria Automation.
Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional teams through complex migrations and digital transformation initiatives using Agile and Safe methodologies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the IT industry with a focus on Cloud/DevOps.
Cloud Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of AWS (Architect level) and Azure.
Automation/IaC: Mastery of Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria Automation.
Containers: Extensive experience with Kubernetes (TKGI/Vanilla), OpenShift, NKP, Docker, and Argo CD.
CI/CD: Deep proficiency in DevOps and modern delivery pipelines.
Architecture: Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) and Solution Architecture.
Certifications: Active certifications in AWS , TOGAF, OpenShift, NKP and Agile/Safe are highly preferred.
Mindset: A results-driven innovator who thrives at the intersection of fast-paced workflows and complex, large-scale ecosystems.
Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead strategic IT planning.
EU citizenship is mandatory.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another European language is a plus.

Remote work setup with one visit per month to the Luxembourg office (2–3 days).
Candidate rate: 600-640 EUR/day.
