Requirements:

Experience (Must-Have)

• 8–10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in architecture or technology leadership.

• Hands-on experience building BI/Data Warehouse systems.

• Deep knowledge of at least two cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security).

• Experience in building and developing technical teams.

• Demonstrated hands-on engineering ability (not purely managerial). 

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Data architecture: data warehouse, data lake, data mesh.

• Analytics: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.

• Streaming: Apache Kafka, pub/sub systems.

• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.

• Incident management / ITSM frameworks. 

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with large-scale high-concurrency systems.

• Designing HA/low-latency architectures.

• Experience with LLM integration & deployment.

Soft Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align tech with business goals.

• Excellent communication skills (technical <-> business).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with IT budgeting and financial planning.

• Strong crisis management and decision-making ability.
