Deep Learning Engineer (Biosignals)

At Shen.AI (formerly MX Labs) we deliver digital, smartphone accessible health & wellness diagnostic tools that run locally on your mobile device. The Shen.AI platform combines state-of-the-art computer vision and advanced vital signs processing with the power of AI for health and wellness monitoring. It provides real or near real-time display of health metrics, biofeedback, and preliminary diagnosis with recommended follow-up steps. 

As a Deep Learning Engineer / Data Scientist you will support our team by exploring data preparation pipelines and developing&testing training methodologies, ensuring the highest quality of the input delivered to our models.

Accountabilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis, create visualizations and share data-informed insights with the team
• Process, clean, and prepare biosignal data.
• Generate synthetic data
• Monitor data quality and automate invalid data labeling.
• Identify and fix issues in data processing pipelines.
• Develop deep learning models for biosignal analysis.
• Conduct research on deep learning architectures for biomedical signals.
• Provide feedback to data collection teams regarding experimental setups and procedures.

Requirements:

• MSc / PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SOTA machine learning trends, new architectures and signal processing methods.
• Experience with biosignal analysis (ECG, EEG, PPG or similar).
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and neural networks.
• Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries (Scikit-learn, Scipy, Numpy, Pandas and MatplotLib).
• Experience with PyTorch/Tensorflow.
• Interest in human physiology, medicine, and wellness.

Nice to Have:

• Previous c++ experience
• knowledge of Computer Vision domain 
• Data mining experience
