AI Consultant (hourly)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an AI Consultant with over 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ML/AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and IT systems architectures as well as have a track record of working on diverse projects. You will collaborate with us to provide AI expertise, recommend solutions, and guide the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. We are offering a flexible part-time position with hourly billing model (150-200 PLN/h).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of business challenges to recommend optimal AI approaches.

• Provide technical leadership on AI/ML best practices, architecture, and strategy.

• Conduct model performance analysis, validation, and tuning to ensure optimal results.

• Create and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.

• Proven experience working with various ML/AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.

• Expertise in data processing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or other relevant tools used in AI/ML development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or recommendation systems.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience with AI/ML pipelines, especially cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

• Ph.D. (completed or in progress) in Computer Science or related field is a plus
