    As the Senior Specialist – Generative AI Platform Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision and strategy for our generative AI platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the platform is intuitive, enjoyable for developers, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your role will include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, business case preparation, performance monitoring, budget and funding ownership and continuous improvement of the platform.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Defining the LLM’s used across Arla and the guardrails for their use and adoption.
    • Strategic Planning: Define the vision and strategy for the generative AI platform in collaboration with enterprise architects and technical platform architects. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap.
    • Backlog Management: Prioritize the backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility. Gather and refine requirements for new features and improvements.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the platform’s vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with development, data science, and operations teams.
    • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the platform's success.
    • User Experience and Developer Relations: Ensure that the platform is intuitive and enjoyable for developers. Oversee the provision of training and support.
    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Establish a continuous feedback loop.
    • Funding request ownership: responsible for requesting the money needed to secure our journey with GenAI into the future.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Plan and manage the budget. Allocate resources effectively.

     

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Deep understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and tools.
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python
    • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
    • Knowledge of data storage, databases, and data processing techniques.
    • Expertise in cybersecurity practices.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
