This offer is for you if you:
- have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in applying knowledge in statistics and machine learning to real-world problems
- have experience building machine learning models and deploying them into production working with ML Engineers
- have proven experience with AWS SageMaker or similar services
- have an in-depth knowledge of data science tools and techniques, which you can use to solve problems creatively and to create opportunities for the business
- have an understanding of why and how to cleanse and prepare data before including it in data science products and can put reusable processes and checks in place
- have strong R and Python programming skills
- have a good working knowledge of SQL and working with massive datasets
- have an understanding of ML data ops environments
- are very well organised and have excellent communication and team skills
- have prior experience in data synthesization for testing mathematical models
- have an eye for detail and a curious mind
- have a prior experience in the insurance industry (a massive plus)
- have a Kaizen mindset and believe continuous improvement is not a job but a habit
- have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1+)

- develop and implement advanced data science, AI, and Machine Learning solutions to drive business growth by addressing key challenges, and enhancing profitability through actionable insights
- collaborate within highly skilled, cross-functional product engineering teams to deliver business goals
- work closely with machine learning and data engineers to design and maintain efficient, scalable, and robust data pipelines, ensuring smooth end-to-end data processing
- have an impact on business strategy and priorities by adopting a data-driven approach to quantify new opportunities
- advocate for data science and machine learning across the organisation at all levels, and foster a data-driven culture within the company
