Solution Architect

We specialize in cloud platforms, DevOps, IaC and data-driven systems, working closely with our clients on complex transformation initiatives. Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their digital transformation, from data centers infrastructure automation, initial migration and cloud-native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect eager to join us on this mission.

Solution Architect

What will you be doing?

• Own end-to-end customer engagements, from initial consulting, discovery and scoping through solution delivery and further account growth

• Take responsibility for engagement outcomes, including customer satisfaction, delivery quality and profitability

• Shape and oversee solution concepts across key areas such as Infrastructure as Code, DevOps automation, Spacelift adoption and cloud security

• Lead proposal preparation, including defining solution scope, delivery approach and commercial assumptions

• Support and guide project delivery by providing architectural oversight and ensuring alignment with customer goals

• Create and present customer-facing materials, including architecture designs, implementation roadmaps and security considerations

• Build long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for account expansion and additional initiatives

• Collaborate closely with technical teams, translating customer needs into clear solution directions

You must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation or similar customer-facing roles

• Proven experience working with large or enterprise-scale organizations

• Strong understanding of cloud and DevOps landscapes and delivery realities (deep hands-on technical expertise is not required)

• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a solution and advisory perspective

• Experience preparing and delivering customer presentations, workshops and decision-making sessions

• Ability to create comprehensive proposals, scopes of work and high-level solution documentation

• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both business stakeholders and technical teams

• Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer needs with delivery and business constraints

• Native-level Polish and fluent English communication skills
