Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business objectives and align with ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills, driving efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

• Analyze and optimize ITSM and other ServiceNow processes (ITOM, CSM, SecOps) to align with industry standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow functionalities, integrations, and best practices.

• Manage system integrations, data migrations, and ensure seamless platform performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support internal teams in leveraging ServiceNow effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a large-scale environment.

• Strong understanding of ITSM principles; familiarity with ITOM, CSM, or SecOps is a strong advantage.

• English proficiency – B2 level or higher.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Enterprise and IT Service Management or advanced system administration.

• Knowledge of database design and data modeling.

• ITIL v3 Certification.

• ServiceNow Certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant).

• Experience in Service Portal development.

• Familiarity with support and maintenance processes.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
