Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions based on Salesforce (Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud)

• Work hands-on with Vlocity / Revenue Cloud components

• Configure and develop functionalities within: EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), ESM (Enterprise Sales Management), BRE (Business Rules Engine)

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

Requirements:

• Several years of experience at a Senior level working with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity / Revenue Cloud

• Hands-on experience with: EPC, ESM, BRE

• Strong understanding of Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) architecture and components

• Industry experience in Telco or related sectors (e.g., energy, media, finance, insurance)

• Knowledge of Business Process Framework (eTOM)

• Experience working in Agile methodologies
